Description:
Adixiba is a newly established Swedish tech platform that is revolutionizing how companies advertise open positions. Using AI, we create professional job ads that can be published directly on Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other channels – quickly, attractively and efficiently.
We are growing fast and already have strong interest from both small and medium-sized companies that want to market their jobs smarter. We are now looking for someone who wants to join our journey from the start and help us sell our job ads to new and existing customers.

Main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments

Qualifications:
- Documented experience as a Key Account Manager or in a relevant sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and good time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of digital advertising and the recruitment industry is a plus

Skills:
- Very good command of Swedish and English
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
