5.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the Services or content without express prior written permission from Adixiba AB.

5.3 If you upload or submit content (“User Content”) to the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

Fees & Payments

6.1 Certain features of the Services may require the payment of fees. All fees are stated in the relevant plan or purchase page.

6.2 You agree to pay all fees or charges incurred in connection with your account, in accordance with the payment terms and prices displayed to you for the Services.

6.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adixiba AB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adixiba AB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

8.2 In no event shall our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adixiba AB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10.2 Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Any provision that by its nature should survive termination of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
